Such luxuries, bien sur, dominate the menu which features simple but rich, ingredient-focused dishes such as truffle-poached egg (9 euros), wild Baltic smoked salmon (18 euros), and mussel casserole with truffle cream (24 euros). There's even a gourmet deli to-go orders. Miami-based Belgian designer Arne Quinze contributed the centerpiece snaking metallic sculpture that begins by enveloping the bar, then ascends to the brick-vaulted ceiling and follows it in kinked, twisting form nearly 100 feet, competing with views back over the historic spires of the Grand Place from the city's Mont des Arts, or Arts Hill.
