HUY, BELGIUM - MAY-29-2006 - The faithful prepare themselves and wait in the pouring rain to see the Dalai Lama during an inauguration ceremony for a new temple at the Institute Yeunten Ling in Huy, Belgium. The new temple was named Thubten Sherab Ling by the Dalai Lama, which means "The garden of study and practice of the teachings of the Enlightened One".
